1. Fill the Cryo Glow Roller mold with water
2. Freeze overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours
3. Cleanse your face and apply serum or moisturiser
4. Roll gently upward across the face — cheeks, forehead, jawline, and neck
5. Focus on the eye area for under-eye puffiness and dark circles
6. Follow immediately with your Liorre serum for maximum absorption

Use every morning for best results. Keep a second mold in the freezer so one is always ready.

Pro Tips from Liorre

• Roll upward and outward — never downward, to support lymphatic drainage
• For eye puffiness, hold the roller gently under the eye for 10–15 seconds before rolling
